Likes: A pretty simple love story turned complex with all the branching stories and twists which are related to one another. Every episode always ended with a surprise twist making it hard to wait for the next one. Every legal case was an own thriving, though short but rich substory. So what was my favourite case-story? I loved Do Hak Young’s case, the guy who was accused of killing the professional archer. It was mind boggling, full of emotions and we’ve got our handsome prosecutor siding with him and the equally handsome police officer defending him.

I like the concept of dreaming the future happenings of someone that once saved your life though it has its consequences. But in the drama, I’m glad they take the consequences in a lighter way like seeing how dirty the person lives when they are alone :).

The melodrama, comedy, fantasy, legal and romance genre-combination in this drama is well-balanced. Not too sad, not too silly, not too unreal, not too serious and not too cheesy. Just right!

The cast. What can I say, this drama is this year’s Lee Jong Suk’s anticipated. I was definitely waiting for it. So of course…

Lee Jong Suk as Jung Jae Chan – our handsome, a bit clumsy, newb prosecutor is here to make your heart ladies, thump :)! Although his prosecutor character is not his best, he still did a great job. As expected his kiss is a talent. I always get carried away when this guy kisses his leading ladies. Suzy you’re sooo lucky! And yes his tear-jerker scenes were excellent!

Bae Suzy as Nam Hong Joo – hm, not a big fan of her but she did her best. I think this is the first more mature role I’ve ever seen of her and I must say, she exerted effort to fulfill it.

Lee Sang Yeob as Lee Yoo Bum – I’m surprised but this guy was brilliant! He’s a natural, a very good actor. He took the role of the sneaky, corrupted lawyer with ease. Hands down! He has a bright future in acting.

Jung Hae In as Han Woo Tak – damn, he’s so fine in uniform! At times handsome, at times cute, brave and smart but unfortunately didn’t get the girl but gives us girls impression, he’s available! Haha!

Kim Won Hae as Choi Dam Dong – honorable mention to this guy who’s always brilliant in every role he takes. He’s a must-watch in Strong Woman Do Bong Soon!

Kim So Hyun cameo – love her! She’s a grown up lady now and a brilliant actress. Short role here but she made an impact.

Kissing scenes! Watching Lee Jong Suk kisses his leading ladies is the icing of his drama cakes. I’m glad there were plenty of icing on this one.

I shouldn’t forget, that green umbrella! It’s been with us viewers from the beginning to end :). A nice, twisty touch!

The bitter-sweet ending. As I mentioned above, it’s a well-balanced drama. The last episode has its share of sadness and happiness. I like how it ended, it was good.

Dislikes: Well, although Suzy tried her best here, I didn’t see much chemistry between her and Lee Jong Suk. In fact, she never established a good one with her leading men in the past as well.

I like how Lee Sang Yeob acted his role but the role itself was quite off. For someone who was smart and intelligent would go down to killing not just another person but his ex-girlfriend to correct his past mistakes, hm…

My Rating: 8.5 stars! (10 as highest)
