Likes: The focus on art studies, students and its classroom setting made this drama a special one. I love the details on the project-making: sculpting, carving, solding, drawing, sketching, then there’s the use of wood, metal, clay and other materials. I’ve never been to an art school so it’s fascinating to see how it would look like.
Addicting attraction. The main story is centered on a very strong attraction between the lead characters. I like how this thing is being highlighted. Obviously, there are people who value this over relationships or attachment. There are also group of people who wants both, which could be more challenging but not impossible.
Main love team. Great chemistry between Park Jae Eon and Yoo Na Bi! They simply look good together. Their intimate moments were well-shot. Kudos to the lady director of this drama. Although, I was so swayed by Yang Do Hyuk, I still thought Jae Eon and Na Bi had something more in common. Would the two last though? I think that’s not the point but how they would enjoy being together as long as they’d last.
Other love teams. Plenty in this drama! But my favourite is Yoon Sol and Ji Wan! Theirs is the most likeable, unconventional pairing. The chemistry between the two was strong. And I just love how Yoon Sol would look at Ji Wan with so much love and admiration. One could feel the sincerity!
The seaside. I just thought that seaside town was beautiful! If I were Na Bi, the choice was easy. Fall in love with Do Hyuk and stay in that place. The view of the water from Do Hyuk’s restaurant was like a painting!
The finished art. Love Na Bi’s sculpture with wings. That was the highlight of the last episode for me.
The Ending. You have to make sure you’ll be happy with your choice and you stand by it. Na Bi’s choice was hers and if that made her happy so be it.
Dislikes: Park Jae Eon’s character was too weak. Handsome face but lacking substance. The only strong feature about him is his passion in art. Driving a Maserati was a turn-off, but well, we could blame the sponsor for that.
